About The Position

In this role, you won't just "process orders"—you will drive customer loyalty by ensuring every interaction is seamless, secure, and expert-led.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer support or "client success" roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills (you can explain complex topics clearly and kindly).
  • Comfortable navigating multi-channel communication tools.
  • The ability to turn a complaint into a solution while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • A genuine passion or interest in Firearms and Outdoor Sports is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and emails, turning inquiries into positive experiences.
  • Process orders with precision, including payment verification and proactive fraud prevention.
  • Use our multi-channel systems to document interactions, ensuring our team stays aligned, and our customers continuously taken care of.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product catalog to provide "strategic" advice, not just scripted answers.
