Customer Service Representative Description The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating across functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience within the training center. As the first point of contact for customers, clients, and guests, the CSR provides essential information, manages front‑office operations, and supports all aspects of the in‑house customer journey. The CSR reports to both the Technical Manager and the Scheduling Manager .
