About The Position

We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our expanding office team supporting our industry professionals. Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with our customers over the phone to set up appointments, answer their questions, and coordinate their needed services. Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency using customer service software and other computer applications
  • Sound problem solving and de-escalation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Authorization to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, emails, and messages
  • Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services
  • Provide accurate information and guidance regarding services, pricing, and company policies
  • Maintain customer records and update the company’s database with accurate information
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and dispatchers to coordinate service calls and ensure smooth operations
  • Upsell additional services or maintenance plans to customers based on their needs
  • Occasional on-call services
