About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, United States. As a vital member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting various aspects of our pizza delivery operations.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service through phone and in-person interactions
  • Take and process customer orders accurately
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
