About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for the Pediatric Imaging (MRI) Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a PT Weekend opportunity working Saturday and Sunday 6:30am - 7:00pm. Customer Service Rep, Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities: Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist. Exhibits good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers. Provides assistance to technologists, physicians and patients. Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures. Participates in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
