The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide quality customer service through courteous, accurate, and timely customer assistance. This is a full-time position in Salisbury, NC (1431 W Innes St.) and the work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm. Great Work-Life Balance! No evening or weekend shifts! About the Role: Provide excellent service to all customers and patients by phone, email, messaging, and face-to-face Accept prescription orders and evaluate information for completeness and accuracy Coordinate and track daily deliveries Operate the cash register and balance the drawer accurately Ensure daily deposits are properly carried out in a timely way Assist with the pharmacy drive-through window Maintain a positive, professional, and caring attitude toward customers at all times Communicate effectively and courteously with all team members Multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Maintain a neat and organized workstation Perform other related duties as assigned Perform in accordance with company policies and standards Embrace and perform in the spirit of the company’s core values and goals
