About The Position

PNW Domino’s is seeking team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and hustle for a Customer Service Representative role. This position involves greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, and preparing pizza while delivering excellent customer service. The company offers a positive and collaborative work environment with growth potential. The role pays $17.80 per hour plus tips and includes paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying part-time and regular, full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits.

Requirements

  • A fun and friendly person who likes to help others and is comfortable talking to strangers
  • A team player who has a positive attitude, is punctual and understands the importance of dependability
  • Comfortable making suggestions and pitching in to help when needed
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to multitask and manage time
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to add, subtract and make change for customer orders
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat and lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a smile
  • Operate Register to enter orders, process sales and collect payment from customers
  • Make products consistent with Domino’s standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards
