Requirements

Must be detail orientated
Able to multi-task in a fast paced office environment
Have general knowledge of computer applications.
Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing required.
A high School diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with use of multi-line phone, data-entry, and communication skills preferred.
Familiarity with Owensboro and surrounding counties preferred.
An associate degree with one year of experience in a transportation related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day customer service objectives and passenger trip reservations in a professional and compassionate manner.
Assist in the operations of GRITS, program development, and writing in this field.
