Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing extraordinary customer service by using a working knowledge of company products and programs, corresponding effectively in all customer interactions, working closely with team members and internal stakeholders, and fulfilling administrative duties associated with the role.

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Performs administrative functions related to orders and serving customers.
  • Depending upon assigned location, those functions could include loading tickets, weighing inbound trucks, preparation of correspondence, systems and documentation maintenance, inventory, basic shipping/receiving administration, basic accounting duties, preparation of invoices, price quotes.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Confers with sales, production, shipping, warehouse, and/or carrier to assure order fulfillment is optimized.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2-5 years' relevant experience required
