About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a fast paced manufacturing environment by managing customer interactions from initial quote through order fulfillment. This role partners closely with engineering, production, and sales teams while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate brings technical aptitude, a customer first mindset, and experience working hands on within a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
Prior hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment such as machinist, technician, or engineering support
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

ERP experience with Epicor and or SAP preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotes and estimates based on customer provided conceptual engineering prints
Enter, manage, and track orders through ERP systems including Epicor and SAP
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to support accurate quoting and order execution
Support the evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
Partner cross functionally with engineering, production, and operations throughout the product development lifecycle
Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain and grow customer relationships through follow up and ongoing account support
Assist customers with time sensitive projects in a high volume, deadline driven environment
Support multiple products and services while managing changing priorities
