Brody Brothers Pest Control is hiring several friendly, upbeat Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our onsite call center team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative position for someone with a bubbly personality, a kind heart, and a genuine desire to help customers. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently

- Some Customer Service Representatives may grow into advanced scheduling and technician routing roles if they enjoy technology and organization.
