About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency. This role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or support roles preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or support roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer records, logs, and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare basic to intermediate Excel reports (data entry, sorting, filters, formulas)
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and speed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
