Customer Service Representative, CMCI
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CMCI Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the drug and alcohol testing program for our members, ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations. You will play a crucial role in scheduling tests, managing records, reporting results, and providing valuable education to our members. The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) is dedicated to representing and supporting independent truck drivers and small business owners in the trucking industry. We are committed to ensuring our members stay compliant with regulations and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of office experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of AS400 and Content Manager
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Sets up new CMCI customers
- Schedules drug and alcohol tests
- Files and reports test results
- Contacts previous employer when members need assistance
- Maintain records for consortium customers
- Sets up pre-employment tests
- Makes consortium customers aware of their requirements under the guidelines of the Federal Regulation
