Requirements

  • Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people
  • Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system
  • Able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism
  • Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly
  • Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection
  • Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed
