About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support manufacturing operations in Claremore. The Customer Service Rep will work closely with customers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and communication. The ideal Customer Service Rep has experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly within CNC environments, and is comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience working with CNC machine operations or terminology preferred
- Proficiency in ERP software systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or related experience preferred
- Manufacturing or CNC industry background strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, timelines, and updates
- Enter and manage orders using ERP systems
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate scheduling
