Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues with precision and care
- Assist with administration of single-family home loans with accuracy and efficiency
- Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
- Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication
- Other job duties as assigned
