The person in this role is responsible for providing customer and sales support functions. The Customer Service Associate answers incoming calls and emails regarding complex customer service issues, purchase orders, billing questions, and collects payments from our customers

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience of at least 1+ years in customer service role in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel equivalent)
  • Experience with a CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Using the CRM database to process sales orders, send order confirmations, update orders for billing
  • Answering incoming calls regarding purchase orders, billing, and payments
  • Responsible for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Processing payments from the customers.
  • Filing customer paperwork
  • Works with distributor online portals to retrieve and confirm orders.
  • Assist other departments and channels throughout the organization with Customer Care related support
