The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CSR will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. The schedule available is: 40 hours per week We offer a robust Total Rewards Package including, but not limited to: The pay for this position is $19.19 / hour with a potential health-care supplement up to $5.55 / hour and potential additional production bonus. The position is $19.19 / hour and is located at Newark Airport - 132 Carson Rd Newark, NJ 07114. Schedules Available: Sunday – Thursday 4:00 pm -12:30 am OR Monday - Friday 6:00am -2:30pm We are hiring now for immediate openings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location
The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid unrestricted drivers license
Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
New Jersey DMV Requirements: First-time drivers and under 21 years old: If you are a first-time driver and under age 21, you must complete the mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements. New Jersey's GDL program introduces driving privileges gradually to first-time drivers and individuals under the age of 21.

Responsibilities

Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
Provide directions and general assistance
Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
