About The Position

TEKsystems is looking to hire several PART TIME Customer Service Representatives to work for a Healthcare client based in White Plains, NY. These positions would take place ON SITE in a newly furnished office. These are entry level positions with one of the top healthcare organizations in the White Plains, NY area. No specific background needed for these openings, good foot in the door opportunity! These positions would interview right away and start as soon as a new hire was available. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY. This is a fast-paced call center that is results driven but does operate in a more laid-back fashion compared to other call centers. Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
