About The Position

This position pays $16-18 per hour + bonus potential Schedules: Must be willing to work rotating weekends. Shifts are scheduled between 7am and 8pm and may vary. Why join THIS team? Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Ace
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
• Data entry of sensitive information
• General inbound customer service
