About The Position

Our Customer Service Reps are vital to building and maintaining relationships with our great customers! You will contact and interact with current customers to obtain and process all information necessary to provide value added services to our customers. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00PM. You will contribute to the success of our team through these key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
  • Obtain, evaluate, and enter all pertinent information for load orders.
  • Respond to customer's inquiries such as tracking and tracing certain documents
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Update websites and edit functions
  • Complete customer reports as required
  • Communicate and coordinate with planning team on amount of loads to book and origin destinations
  • Keep up with customer's trailer pool (as required)
  • Work with driver advocates with customer or load problems
  • Communicate with account sales managers on customer problems or concerns
  • Must establish and maintain a lasting relationship with customer
