Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming reminders.
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating clearly with the medical team to support smooth patient flow.
  • Creating a calm, organized, and supportive front desk experience, even during busy or emotional moments.
  • Recognizing that your words, tone, and presence directly shape each client’s experience.
