Requirements

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
  • Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain/update the customer database with accurate information
  • Resolve Customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Outbound follow up calls to existing customers
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Dispatching and communicating with technicians
