About The Position

Essity Health and Medical Solutions / is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who will f oster strong customer relationships encouraging positive retention. Provides superior service as the single point of contact for servicing accounts, educating customers, handling complaints and distribution of Lymphology orders. . The ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC. We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. Requirements

  • Two year degree or equivalent work experience required
  • PC application experience (word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and database applications)
  • Typing 50 WPM with 98% accuracy
  • Proficient in 10 key entry operation
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience beneficial
  • One year prior experience in BSN customer service beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers via telephone and other media (internet, fax, e-mail, US Mail etc.).
  • Creates pleasant and professional environment to promote positive interaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Enters custom product orders (measurements, options, etc.) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, verifies product description, quantity, shipping and billing information via computer based applications (SAP P19, SAP P14, et al).
  • Verifies accuracy of orders and contacts customers as required to ensure customer needs in an efficient manner.
