Experience with developing, contributing, and supporting Airgas' commitment to a World Class Service, exceeding customer expectations and building brand loyalty. The Customer Service Representative will provide product knowledge and account support to customers, internal and external, in a courteous and proactive manner. Read and understand procedures and instructions on customer service processes. Answer calls promptly and courteously. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Enter customer orders into the current order management system (SAP) on a daily basis. Knowledge of products and technical information. Knowledge of alternate products based on cost, availability, and customer requirements. Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction. Manage assigned distributor accounts. Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery to customers. Follow all safety protocols. Run ZOTCM report daily.
