About The Position

Baptist Health is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for the Diagnostic Imaging Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time days opportunity at Baptist Medical Center (Downtown). The Diagnostic Imagining Department is looking to add a Customer Service Rep to their small team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had previous experince in healthcare customer service and obtains excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Perform duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
  • Exhibit good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
  • Provide assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
  • Check paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
  • May actively participate in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
