The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. By thoroughly understanding Copart practices, the CSR provides solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function of this role is to secure the release of vehicles located at body shops and other locations, including residences, in addition to performing other office support functions as needed. The CSR serves as the initial point of contact for many customers, embodying the company's face. This position involves understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions and support, and may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart
  • Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience through a thorough understanding of Copart practices
  • Obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
  • Perform other office support functions as needed
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner
  • Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
