About The Position

We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our property management team in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This is a temporary, in-office position that serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, prospective residents, property managers, vendors, and other internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in handling a high volume of inquiries while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
  • Strong administrative support skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

  • Experience in property management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant and client inquiries (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Respond to questions regarding leases, maintenance requests, payments, and general property information
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance and coordinating with vendors
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and update property management systems
  • Process paperwork, applications, and other administrative documentation
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and reports
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to effectively resolve tenant concerns and complaints
  • Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
