Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a Call Center OR face‑to-face customer service role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Problem‑solving mindset
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Responsibilities
- Handle 50–100 inbound calls per day from customers seeking information on available properties
- Assist walk‑in visitors face to face with applications, property details, and program information
- Provide guidance on navigating the website and online property portal
- Transfer calls to internal departments as needed (very minimal outbound calling)
- Support faith‑based organizations and nonprofits seeking to join community partnership programs
- Learn and communicate program details clearly and professionally
