About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical assistance, and supporting the sales of our products. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding the organization’s products. They will troubleshoot product issues, answer questions, and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner. The position also involves regular communication with company representatives and key distributors to address concerns such as delayed shipments. Maintaining strong customer relationships is essential in order to minimize complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Additional job-related duties may be assigned as needed to support the department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in personal computer use
  • Filing
  • 10-key operations
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Highly organized
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and daily changes in workload
