About The Position
Aiken Pest Control, a leader in the pest control industry for over 55 years, is looking for a dedicated and talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Aiken, SC. The ideal candidate will be bright, efficient, organized, professional, and assertive in a pleasing manner. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. The CSR position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong numerical aptitude and a naturally friendly demeanor. You will need to demonstrate a proven successful track record in a role that involved heavy customer contact and phone utilization. While prior telephone sales experience is a plus, it is not mandatory as we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Strong proficiency in Word and Excel is also required to manage customer information and reports effectively. We offer a competitive starting pay of $15.25 per hour, along with industry-leading commissions.
