The Customer Service Representative position is a member of the Customer Experience Center Team in our Dayton, Ohio office. The CSR is responsible for interacting with VineBrook customers, using various communication channels, to resolve customer concerns, issues, and questions. We are looking for people, with empathy and patience, and are passionate about Customer Service. We are looking for team members who will actively listen to our customers concerns, issues, and questions while maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor.
