As a Customer Service Representative at National Veterinary Associates (NVA), you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent and efficient client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, responding to their inquiries, and processing both incoming and outgoing patients. You will also handle payments and manage phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and email communications, ensuring that the client waiting area is clean and welcoming, and documenting and maintaining client information and service data within our practice management software. In cases of complex matters, you will escalate issues to senior staff for resolution.
