At NBM, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a good listener, and portray empathy, patience, and enthusiasm. CSRs will collaborate with co-workers to solve problems, eagerly offer assistance, and take on challenges while learning new skills in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and the ability to create and grow relationships with both new and existing customers are essential. CSRs will build rapport with customers by actively listening and asking meaningful questions to uncover financial needs and suggest appropriate products and services that enhance each individual’s banking experience.
