The position involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers by effectively communicating and resolving issues. The individual will be responsible for order entry and maintenance for assigned accounts, reviewing plant delivery schedules against requested dates, and resolving any conflicts that may arise. The role requires tracking and communicating changes and potential service issues to customers, as well as confirming orders and notifying both customers and internal team members of any changes or cancellations. Additionally, the position involves reviewing orders post-shipment for billing accuracy, managing credits and return authorizations, and ensuring customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily. The individual will also prepare necessary reports for management and customers, process plant claims, and file customer paperwork in a timely manner. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
