Responsibilities

  • Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
  • Field calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members
  • Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claims
  • Collects required documentation for all jobs/claims
  • Problem solves and helps people find solutions
  • Performs office administrative operations
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned
