The Customer Service Representative role for Lester Building Systems combines order entry, quoting, and order scheduling. This position will work with Lester Sales Representatives (Dealers, Area Managers and Territory Managers) to create and prepare price quotes for complex proposals in IMPROV (Lester Buildings proprietary software) while following Lester pricing policies and maintaining project margins. This position will also audit incoming orders to ensure Lester pricing policies have been followed and thereby maintain project margins. These sales orders will be entered into Lester's ERP system (Epicor) for the creation of drawings, manufacturing and delivery scheduling while ensuring effective communication amongst key stakeholders throughout the process. The Customer Service Representative's secondary responsibility is to provide feedback to the development team and the supervisor of Order Management about issues, problems, and improvements regarding policies, procedures, products, and software.
