Martinizing® is a quality cleaner, utilizing modern equipment to produce high-quality cleaning while achieving high production standards. The production environment is fast-paced, with a workload that changes daily and seasonally, requiring employees to be flexible and adaptable. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that Martinizing is known for. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing them with product and service information, and resolving any issues they may encounter in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts and entering garment descriptions into the computer system with precision. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of finished garments for pick-up, ensuring they are folded and packaged correctly, and you will keep work areas neat and clean at all times.
