As a Customer Service Representative, you will accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions. You will assist customers who pick up their orders at our Profit Center and find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for value-added services and articulating our solutions. You will investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will process Inside Sales returns and refund paperwork, communicate any changes in a customer's business that might cause a credit risk to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager, complete various daily, weekly, and monthly reports, support the Product Manager's activities as needed, and successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. Other reasonably related duties may be assigned by your immediate supervisor and other management as required.
