The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries before and after order placement through various communication channels including calls, emails, chats, texts, social media, and in-person interactions. This position requires a proactive approach to handling customer concerns, complaints, and other issues, with the ultimate goal of providing a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment and interact with employees across both locations. You will learn to utilize platforms such as Shopify, Ring Central, and Gorgias to effectively complete tasks and respond to customer inquiries. A key aspect of the job is to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, ensuring that you have a solid understanding of the products we offer to accurately address customer questions. Written communication must be clear and free of errors, and you will work with colleagues to resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, assisting with order placements, providing information about parts, updating customers on order statuses, and resolving any order issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and databases, fulfilling local orders, and other duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, rapidly changing work environment are essential for success in this position.
