About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers in our shop
  • Effectively manage all incoming calls
  • Sell signs at the counter, on the phone, and through email
  • Build and create custom sign jobs through our Point-of-Sale system
  • Manage your sign jobs to completion and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to check that they're satisfied with any purchases or services
  • Manage existing and new customer accounts
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and services as needed
  • Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Help determine the best fabrication methods and materials needed for jobs
