Keystone Symposia develops and organizes world leading scientific conferences that accelerate life science discovery. Breakthrough scientific and medical discoveries are often first discussed at Keystone Symposia Conferences. Our mission: Accelerating life science discovery, is very important to the scientific community and is strongly supported by the Keystone Symposia staff. We are searching for a superlative candidate to join our staff as the Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is an essential role in this by providing our customers the best possible customer service experience. In this role, candidates will utilize the Keystone Symposia Contact Research Management (CRM) software (Salesforce, Hubsbot, etc.) to answer email and phone call queries. Candidates who are able to multitask, agile problem solvers and great communicators will not only be ideal for this position, but will find great job satisfaction in helping maintain Keystone Symposia's stellar reputation as the best scientific conference organization on the planet.

  • Provide excellent customer service experience to customers.
  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage customer queries via email and phone.
  • Multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
  • At least an Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training in a customer service role.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or familiarity with common CRM concepts and workflows.
  • Full-time position (40 hours a week).
  • Pay range of $22.00 - $24.00/hour.
