As a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance USA, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position involves fielding customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions to a variety of questions, issues, and concerns. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and your ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires you to handle sensitive customer information with care and to strive for resolution on the first call whenever possible. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where no two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of individuals. In this position, you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, de-escalate issues calmly, and escalate interactions when necessary. You will also be responsible for tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues, and upselling products or services when appropriate.
