As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling incoming and outgoing calls, processing orders, and maintaining positive customer relations. In this full-time role, you will work an 8-hour shift during the day, Monday through Friday, at our Plant City location. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, which is essential for follow-up and quality assurance purposes. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, with at least two years of experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is also important, as these tools will be used for documentation and communication purposes.
