Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative or similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in handling front desk tasks such as scheduling, phone skills, invoicing and relaying messages
• Experience with Ezyvet software is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
• Desire to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Love of both people and animals
