About The Position
As part of the Patton Logistics family of entities, our team at Route Consultant Purchasing Alliance (RCPA) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. At RCPA, we help businesses across the country in the logistics industry save time and money through our fuel card services and trusted vendor partnerships. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is friendly, self-motivated, and eager to learn. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls, conducting research to identify potential leads, and accurately entering lead information into our system to support the Business Development team.
