Responsibilities

  • Service request intake and follow up
  • Scheduling technicians for service, inspection, and training events
  • Vendor repair coordination
  • Maintain positive attitude and friendly demeanor to foster positive relationships with customers
  • Update work orders and purchase orders in CMMS
  • Order parts based on technician and other department requests
  • Organizational and administrative projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, AA or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of customer support experience required, preferably in a service-related industry
  • Knowledge to provide hands-on support to manage and maintain the Office 365 related technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
