Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of patient interactions from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
  • Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments.
  • Lead patients through their appointments to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer literate; experience with Denticon is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services.
