Support Services Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. We are seeking individuals who possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for assisting customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate computerized systems effectively.
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales techniques and sales strategies.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information on auto glass products and services.
  • Prepare estimates, schedule appointments, and process customer orders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and sales.
  • Conduct follow-up calls on unsold estimates to convert them into sales.
  • Support team members by assisting with tasks during their absence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets.
