The Customer Service Rep. Trainee position involves processing paperwork related to departmental activities and establishing and maintaining files and records, including those of a confidential nature. The role requires operating a computerized word processing system to produce letters, reports, forms, and other printed documents. Additionally, the trainee will perform various clerical duties such as typing, filing, and recording, as well as answering telephone inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate area. The position also includes preparing and executing documents such as notes, disclosures, rescissions, and checklists, issuing proceeds checks, and performing a variety of duties related to the processing and administration of existing loans in consumer lending, commercial lending, and mortgage lending. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
